Work crews

"The purpose of the activity is to create and maintain a customer," according to the late management guru, Peter Drucker.

It is not a multi-channel marketing out there that knows the importance of a sound CRM strategy - and how it can be critical to the success of a company. CRM is all gain and retain customers - and improve customer satisfaction and the relationship with you.

But you can have good without a good CRM ERM - Employee Relationship Management?

A number of clients have told me that being a better customer-centric has a lot to do with being more employee-centric. Because if employees do not receive satisfaction, look out. We can not force people to be customer-centric, because you claim.

One of the ways that some of our customers are increasing their employee satisfaction is through group activities. Give it a try. It 's just might improve your customer experience.

Involve employees in team-based activities can enhance CRM.

Teamwork, effective work groups and team building are popular topics today's multi-channel organizations. Successful teams and teamwork fuel the realization of your strategic objectives. Effective work groups magnify the results of individual employees and will allow you to better serve customers.

If you are experiencing with the current team, starting with some activities to determine which team can support your organization. Teams need resources, and above all, time. Teams are most effective when:

o A diverse group of employees can participate,

Or you limit the number of teams in which any employee can participate,

o The teams establish a schedule of regular meetings,

Ø They require periodic definition of team goals,

or notes or minutes of meetings are published by the teams or projects, and

Team or self-perpetuating regularly adding new employees.

There are five working groups that each organization needs.

I have seen many different approaches to the roles and responsibilities of the team. Different organizations may also responsibilities of the group in a different way. For example, a client recently asked the Board to assume security responsibility in its employee wellness organization. The team has refused, preferring instead to add environmental responsibility. With this in mind, these are the five teams most often recommended.

1. Leadership Team

Often senior managers of an organization or a department head, the leadership team is the group must join forces to lead your organization. The management team is responsible for the strategic direction of your company. The leadership team's plans, objectives set, provides a guide to, and manages the organization.

2. Motivation or morale of employees

Known by different names in different organizations, the Employee Morale team designs and produces events and activities that build a positive spirit among employees. The responsibilities of the team may include such activities as employees of the hosting business lunches, corporate picnic planning, raising funds for sick employees, and fundraising for charitable causes. Lead the celebration of corporate milestones, birthdays of employees, and the arrival of new children. Companies that sponsor sports teams. Have fun with this team since the only limit is the imagination of its members.

3. Safety and Environmental Team

This team ensures the safety of employees in the workplace. Takes the initiative in safety training, monthly safety talks, and control of cleanliness, safety and work organization. The team provides recommendations for recycling and environmental policies and leadership as well.

4. Employee Wellness Team

The team focuses on health and wellness fitness center for employees. The most popular activities are walking clubs, race teams, and periodic testing of health problems like high blood pressure screening. The entire team can sponsor wellness activities as well as a person to do a budget or lunch. You can also learn about investment products - not investment advice.

5. Culture and Communication Team

This team works to define and create the corporate culture defined for the success of your organization. The team also facilitates two-way communication to ensure a contribution dependent on the chain of command. You can sponsor the monthly newsletter, a weekly update companies, quarterly surveys on employee satisfaction, and employee suggestion process.

Start business teams as diverse as these, and nurture their success. Remember, teams are a means to an end, not an end in itself. But involving people from different parts of the company - managers and staff mix. Let them know one another, what they do. Introduce people in marketing and merchandising people to call center and warehouse - to finance and IT staff. When people see the successful teams, most of them will be interested in serving on the teams. Teams make your company a better place to work and provide real opportunities for employee involvement and commitment. And perhaps a better customer experience.
