Epicondylitis and electrostimulation
It does not take tennis or golfer. Gardeners, carpenters, musicians, mechanics, housewives, shoemakers, butchers ... Anyone can get at some point in their lives this discomfort.
To ease the pain I will explain what programs electrostimulation using and how often. Remember to take rest for the duration of treatment and rest if you can not make at least position yourself a bracelet for tennis elbow. In this way you will be distributing the work of muscles and tendons and will be relieved of tension to the affected area.
If your stimulator has the "epicondylitis" have no problem. Use it for 10 days.
If you do not have this electro program, use this sequence of programs:
TENS uses the program in the affected area until the pain subsides.
A very important fact. If after using TENS and implement the program in the rest does not improve pain, please go to your doctor. The best that anyone will appreciate the situation and provide solutions.
If you electrostimulation treatment is working, once the pain is lighter and have reclaimed the area, apply the "pain relief" or "endorphins" in the forearm to promote blood circulation and help regenerate the area. This program so do it for 15 days. Remember it is a massage and not have to hurt.
Twice a week once you are recovered, made the "Strength" for 10 minutes. This training will realize it for a month. You'll see the area get back muscle tone and did not get hurt as easily as before.
Remember to wear a bracelet epicondylitis during the time you do the treatment (not while doing electrostimulation, but in your day to day). This will relieve much tension in the affected area and facilitate recovery. It is also important to apply ice at least a couple of times a day and perform stretching of the forearm twice a day. This will help much to speed recovery from epicondylitis.
A very important fact. The hairs and patches do not get along very well. If you have long hair on your arm would be appropriate for the shavers at least while it lasts treatment. This way you electrostimulation sessions comfortable and avoid stings in the area.
I'm sure this training will improve your tennis elbow electrostimulation.
Tell us what was your treatment.
We are in contact.
Be Happy
