Why are we seeing so many bad leaders today? They all leave the "bad boy" prison? It will expose the threats of a corrupt leader in an organization. It 's a story very destructive. Have you seen the movie Training Day? It 'was a shock for many people to see Denzel Washington (American icon) as a bad desperado. What do you think his mother? Well, Denzel won an Oscar for Best Actor in 2002 for his "out of character" role. In Training Day, Jake Hoyt is an ambitious young cop assigned to a veteran LAPD narcotics detective, Alonzo Harris (Denzel).
